1 Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use (Terms) are an Agreement between us (this website and its associated App, By The Left, hereinafter referred to collectively just as the Site) and you for the service we provide.

1.2 When you use the Site you will be agreeing to these Terms.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms then you cannot use this Site.

2 The Service

2.1 The service we provide may include but is not limited to that of allowing you to browse election results and vote in elections within the Site.

2.2 We reserve the right at any time and without notice to
- amend our service
- suspend our service
- terminate our service.

3 Your Certification

3.1 You are a UK resident.

3.2 The information which you supply to us is true, accurate and up to date.

3.3 You will not use more than one instance of the App at any one time.

3.4 You will not access or attempt to access the App of other users and you will not hack or attempt to hack our security systems.

4 Limitation of Liability

4.1 We do not guarantee that the information on the Site will be free of errors.

4.2 We do not guarantee any results from our service.

4.3 We do not guarantee that the Site will be available and fully operational at all times.

4.4 You agree to indemnify us from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct whilst using the Site.

4.5 We will not be liable to you for any damages arising in connection with your use of the Site.

5 Termination

5.1 You can terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App.

6 Jurisdiction

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.2 If any part of these Terms are found to be unenforceable by law then the remainder shall still apply.
